How long does it take to schedule a consultation?

Scheduling depends on the urgency of your matter and the availability of our staff. Our team works tirelessly to address each potential client in a timely and efficient manner.
How long does a consultation last?

Consultations are scheduled for a maximum of 1 hour.
What do I need to bring to my consultation?

Our team will need copies of all documents and any information that will help us better assess your legal needs.
How do I get updates on my case?

Our team prides itself off of establishing personal relationships with all our clients. We make efforts to use the communicative tool that is best for each client and give reasonably, timely updates as their matter changes.
What ways does Lynch Law accept payments?

Great question! We accept all major credit cards via online or in-person payments and cash.
Will I still have to attend court if I retain Lynch Law?

Just depends. We aim to keep you from missing any time from work because we understand how important that is. However, there are times that it is out of our control. Our team will inform each client if they will need to appear or if there is a means of handling it in their absence.
How long will my case take to be resolved?

Complex cases take more time, as you can imagine. We aim to provide the best legal representation for you. Though some are lengthy, others may be resolved more quickly.
How fast can I get a divorce?

Has it been one year and a day since you separated? In NC, we have to first determine if you qualify. If you do or don’t, schedule a consult and we will help you understand the process and help you get started.
If I live out of state, will you still be able to help?

You better believe it! Our service spans all across the country in regards to civil rights. From NC to Texas, all abroad...we are able to assist if there is an issue of excessive force, police brutality or your civil rights have been violated in any way.
